　　To meet the requirements of underground nitrogen injection,underbalanced drilling technology,and pipeline nitrogen replacement.Our company has developed a screw low-pressure air compressor+membrane nitrogen production system+high-pressure nitrogen pressurization compression system.We can provide users with high-pressure nitrogen gas with a flow rate of 600-2000Nm3/h and a pressure of 15-40MPa.
　　The nitrogen production system is designed as a skid mounted system,which is installed on two separate skids.The system is divided into three modules:screw low-pressure air compressor module,membrane nitrogen system module,and high-pressure nitrogen booster compressor module.The screw low-pressure air compressor module and membrane nitrogen production system module are installed on one skid,while the high-pressure nitrogen booster compressor system is installed on another skid.The system adopts air-cooled,diesel engine driven,and the pry block is equipped with a metal cover,which can be easily installed on the chassis of the car and is suitable for outdoor operations.
