The piston series high pressure air compressor with large displacement can be made into a skid mounted,car mounted,or fixed type,providing a rated exhaust capacity of less than 90m3/min and an exhaust pressure of 10~50mpa.
The power of the compressor unit is a diesel engine or an electric motor,with dual output shafts.The low-pressure screw compressor and high-pressure piston compressor are respectively installed on the two output shafts of the driver.The coolers at all levels in the system and the diesel engine are cooled by closed circulating water,and the unit is equipped with an efficient plate type large water tank.Secondary heat exchange is carried out through air cooling to meet the heat exchange requirements of the unit.The unit is installed at the same base price,with a compact overall design structure,small size,and able to meet user needs.
