This series of compressors is widely used in various drilling fields.Mainly used in air down-hole hammer drilling,air lift reverse circulation drilling,and underbalanced drilling processes,air compressors or air booster compressors with different exhaust volumes and pressures can be selected based on the size of the wellhead,drilling depth,and geological conditions.
Underbalanced drilling is a type of underbalanced drilling technology that uses compressed air(or nitrogen)as both a circulating medium and energy for breaking rocks.A type of underbalanced drilling process that uses gas(or nitrogen)as the circulating medium,gas compressors and other equipment as pressure boosting devices,and rotary blowout preventers as wellhead control equipment,used for coalbed methane,oil,and natural gas drilling.This process significantly improves the mechanical drilling speed and shortens the drilling cycle.The cleaning and cooling conditions at the bottom of the well are good,extending the service life of the drill bit and saving the amount of drill bit usage.Using an air hammer drill bit results in low drilling pressure,low rotational speed,low torque,and better anti deviation effect.It can effectively avoid the occurrence of complex underground situations such as well leakage,which is beneficial for environmental protection.
This series of compressors is diesel driven(or motor driven in special cases),with an overall skid mounted design and a metal casing.The compressor is fully air-cooled and is very suitable for outdoor use.
