What is the reason for excessive consumption of lubricating oil in compressors
Excessive consumption of compressor lubricating oil is mainly due to the following factors:

1.Daily maintenance.Check the oil level,check the air filter element and coolant level,check the hoses and all pipe joints for leaks,check that consumable parts have reached the replacement cycle and must be stopped for replacement,check the exhaust temperature of the main engine.If it reaches or approaches 98℃,clean the oil cooler and check the pressure difference of the separator.If it reaches 0.6 Bar or above(with an upper limit of 1 Bar)or if the pressure difference begins to decrease,stop the machine and replace the separator core.
2.Monthly maintenance.Check the cooler,clean if necessary,check all wire connections and tighten them,check the AC contactor contacts,clean the dust on the surface of the motor suction port and housing,clean the return oil filter,and check whether the air compressor is set and running consistently.
3.Quarterly maintenance.Clean the main motor and fan motor,replace the oil filter element,clean the cooler,check the smaller pressure valve and safety valve,and check the sensor.
4.Annual maintenance.Replace the lubricating oil and oil gas separator filter element,replace the air filter element,oil filter,safety valve calibration,check the elastic coupling,check the cooling fan,clean the automatic drain valve,supplement or replace the motor lubricating grease.
